Dale from HSBC came into our class to carry out a money workshop. He read us three stories about Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Rapunzel involving money. We looked at some money problems, discussed different jobs and then designed our dream homes. We learnt that we get paid when we work, we can decide which job that we want when we are older, and that we need to get paid to buy things that we want.

The Reception children have been looking at the story ‘The Disgusting Sandwich’. They then made their own tastier versions.
